Beginning play in 2024
The Mt. Hood Baseball League, based out of Portland Metro area, provides a competititve and organized league play for summer and fall. The league will be open to all teams from the 12U - 18U age levels. The goal is to develop different divisions within each age group for Premier, Elite, and Rec teams so the competition level is appropriate. The league website will provide a one stop shop for team links, schedules, stats, and more.
Fall League Features
Sunday Doubleheaders
Teams will play on 6 consecutive Sundays beginning the week after Labor Day. Separate age divisions are 18U (varsity) and 16U (jv) level of play.
Advanced Scheduling
The entire 6 week season will be scheduled by Labor Day so you can plan out your season. You'll know when and where to be at the start of the season!
Championship Tourney
Each age division will have a single elimination tournament on the 6th week. It will feature the top 4 teams, next 4 teams, etc. A fun way to end the fall!
Youth Level Play
There will be a separate division for 7th/8th grade players with all games played on 60/90 fields. A great opportunity to get reps on the big field.
Teams & Individuals
The league is based around team entries, but PBC will be building teams for players who need a place to play. Play with your friends this fall!

A league schedule featuring competitive mid week games. 12-16 games depending on the number of teams in league
Flexible Scheduling
Coaches attend a pre season scheduling meeting & set their own schedules around tournaments & other conflicts
Championship Tourney
Each age division will have an end of the season tournament to crown a league champ with a perpetual trophy
Invitation Only
Teams will be invited based on their reputation in the baseball community, consistency, and organizational history
Minimize Travel Costs
All games are played on local fields from Vancouver to Eugene reducing the need to travel out of state for tournaments

Mission Statement
The goal of the Mt. Hood Baseball League is to provide a competitive season outside of tournament play for teams in the Greater Portland area. Teams invited to participate will be like-minded, with a focus on helping players realize their goals of playing college baseball and beyond. Teams will be invited based upon their reputation in the baseball community, consistency of competitiveness on the field, and overall organizational history.
